Peppers are grown in greenhouses in the Netherlands which offer an absolutely ideal growing environment for the pepper plant. The Dutch peppers are available virtually throughout the year thanks to the greenhouses. The greenhouses have been set up in such a way that they offer optimal conditions for the pepper plant and can therefore give it everything it needs to allow the pepper to fully grow. The result: healthy peppers in a top condition, whereby the taste and colour, but certainly also the health aspects, have been optimally developed.
The peak season for Dutch peppers is the period from mid April through to the end of October.
