Toasted bread tuna & pepper

  • 2 red peppers without seeds
  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 spring onions, in rings
  • 1 tin tuna (185 g), drained

We all know toasted bread as a delicious, easy and fast lunch dish. But did you know that toasted bread is also very tasty with peppers and tuna? And it is really healthy too! Slice the peppers in four, even strips and divide them over four slices of bread. Divide the capers, spring onions and tuna over the slices of bread with peppers. Put the other slices of bread on top and press them firmly. Place in a sandwich toaster.
